Case A: Within 5 days from the date of purchase or before leaving Thailand
Card Fee (Handling Fee): Customers will be deducted a minimum credit card fee of 5%, depending on the tour company involved.
No wear and tear fee: No depreciation or usage fees for the product will be deducted.
Quality Control and Product Inspection: For products valued at over 350,000 baht (from the original 500,000 baht), they must pass a quality inspection. The inspection will take 5-7 business days.
Case B: Returns after 5 days from the date of purchase or after leaving Thailand
Card Fee (Handling Fee): Customers will be deducted a minimum credit card fee of 3-5%, depending on the tour company involved.
Withhold 7% VAT: Customers are responsible for the VAT deducted.
Wear and tear fee: Calculated as a percentage of the merchandise price over time as follows:
5% deducted for returns within 30 days of purchase
10% deducted for returns between 30 and 60 days of purchase
15% deducted for returns between 60 and 90 days of purchase
20% deducted if the return occurs after 90 days of purchase
Quality control and product inspection: For products valued over 200,000 baht, an inspection is required before the return is accepted. Inspection takes 5-7 business days.
